直属机关党委职责
宣传贯彻党的路线方针政策和上级的决议，组织职工认真学习马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想，深入学习贯彻落实科学发展观，学习科学文化知识、业务知识和其他相关知识;负责党的组织、思想、作风、制度和反腐倡廉建设；负责党组织建设和党员队伍的发展、管理、教育、监督、奖惩；负责对党员和领导干部的纪检监察工作；开展各种形式的思想政治工作，促进实现和谐贸促会；负责统一战线工作和稳定工作;协助会党组和人事部对干部的考察、了解，对干部的任用、调动和奖惩提出意见和建议；负责党校培训的日常管理工作；编辑、出版、发行机关党报《贸促之窗》；领导机关工会、团委、妇工委等群众组织开展工作；按照党组织的隶属关系，领导会直属企业、事业、社团单位党的工作；承办会党组交办的其他事务。
CCPIT Committee of Communist Party
of China: esponsibilities
To promote and implement guidelines and policies of Communist Party of China (CPC) and resolutions of higher Party organizations, organize CCPIT staffers to study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, learn and implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, and build up knowledge of science and art, skills and expertise, and other related capabilities;
To carry out ideological, organizational, stylistic and institutional building of the Party in the CCPIT, fight corruption and promote clean governance;
To build and improve Party organization in the CCPIT, and work on member development, management, education, supervision, discipline and award;
To discipline and inspect Party members as well as leadership and management in the CCPIT;
To diversify means in education of ideology and politics, and contribute to the harmony in the CCPIT;
To implement United front and stability related work in the CCPIT;
To assist the CCPIT’s Leading Party Members’ Group and Department of Personnel in the evaluation and promotion of staffers, provide information and suggestion for the recruitment, transfer, reward and penalty of personnel;
To carry out the daily operation of the CCPIT Party school and related trainings;
To edit, publish, and distribute the CCPIT Party newspaper Window on CCPIT;
To guide the work of CCPIT’s Labor Union, Youth League, Women Worker’s Committee, and other mass organizations;
To supervise lower Party organizations in corporations, institutions and societies under the CCPIT umbrella;
To complete work designated by the CCPIT Leading Party Members’ Group.
